Welcome 🌝
I’m so happy you’re here!
This video is the recording of The Closing Ritual, a live workshop created to help you consciously close an old chapter and step into a new one.
During the session, we worked with the closing of 2025 and the beginning of 2026. That said, the practices, reflections, and prompts shared here are timeless: you can return to this ritual whenever you feel the need to complete a cycle, let something go, or begin again with intention.
Take what you need. Move at your own pace. There’s no right or wrong way to experience this.

Embodiment practice + meditation
(with music)
During the live workshop, the music didn’t come through clearly in the recording.
For this reason, you’ll find the full embodiment practice here, recorded separately, so you can experience it fully and without distractions.
After the workshop
Once you’ve collected all your images:
Print them, cut them out, and place them on an empty table.
As you look at them, reflect on:
What emotions, thoughts, or ideas come up?
What deeper connection exists between these images?
Let your intuition guide you as you start connecting them.
When you’re done, glue them into your journal.
Return to this vision often as you move into the new cycle.
Let it remind you of what you’re choosing to grow, nourish, and embody.
