Do I need to be an advanced yoga practitioner?

Not at all. The library includes practices for all levels: from complete beginners to more experienced practitioners.
Every class is clearly labelled so you can find what works for you.


What if I don't track my cycle or have an irregular cycle?

You can still use all the content. Many members sync with the moon cycle instead, or simply use how they feel each day as their guide. The membership is designed to be flexible: there's no pressure to be "perfectly in sync."


How much time do I need per week?

That's entirely up to you. We have practices from 15 to 60 minutes. Even 3 sessions a week of 20 minutes each can be genuinely transformative. The membership is designed for real life, not for perfect conditions.


When are the monthly live sessions?

Dates are shared inside the membership at the beginning of each month. If you can't make it live, the recording is always saved in the library within 48 hours.

WHO IS BEHIND LUNARLA?

Ciao, I'm Giulia.

I created Lunarla for women who are moving through growth, change, and responsibility and don't want to lose themselves in the process.

My work is grounded in an embodied approach to wellbeing. I support women in reconnecting with their bodies as a source of intelligence, regulation, and guidance. Rather than pushing, fixing, or optimising, I invite a way of living that starts from sensation, rhythm, and presence.

I draw from yoga, embodied movement, and cyclical living to help women build a daily relationship with their energy, emotions, and needs. Wellbeing becomes something lived and felt.
