Embodied Intelligence for women.

Lunarla is a space for cyclical yoga and sustainable wellbeing, created for women
who want to listen to their bodies, reduce stress, and live with intention.

  • Thank you for this opportunity to meet like-minded gentle souls who remind us that we’re not alone in this revolution of care to make the world a better place

  • I was thrilled with the course and very satisfied to have participated because I definitely learned something new I didn’t know before. Now I can practice independently, following my cycle, and notice my body and its changes during the various phases. It’s a method to go along with it instead of resisting it—to accept and live with it better. I want more!

  • this was an eye-opening experience for so many reasons. It’s very hard for me not to get tangled in the complexity of how our mental and physical balance works. Every time I try to approach reflections, practices, or exercises on this topic—one that’s very close to my heart—I struggle or feel discouraged. This small series of meetings, shared with women our age and guided by Giulia, gently accompanied me all the way. It gave me courage and tools to open a window into the complex search for balance and exploration of our full-spectrum feelings, without getting lost or overwhelmed. I’m infinitely grateful to Giulia for involving me and for her dedication. Thank you ♥️

  • I found professionalism and a pleasant tone of voice, which isn’t a given. The setting also contributed to creating a serene atmosphere. I really enjoyed following the course, and I’ll definitely revisit the recordings during the right time to benefit even more. Thank you so much, Giulia, for organizing this! Participating in this course was very rewarding. It made me face shortcomings I didn’t know I had, helping me address and understand them better. The exercises challenged me to 'test' my body. While I still need to improve in listening to it, the experience was both rejuvenating and productive. At the end of each session, I always felt content and energized, no matter how tired I was—calm too. I think it helped me navigate this year’s changes, which, although not monumental, had unsettled me. I’ll conclude like the lessons do: with a big thank you for this experience.

  • This course was a beautiful moment I dedicated to myself. It was lovely to take some time to relax and listen to my body and its needs. It was a precious opportunity to slow down the frenetic pace of our daily lives and focus on our well-being.

  • I really enjoyed the experience... delving deeper into these themes, I liked the format. I was sad not to participate in all the lessons. It was interesting to see you in a different role. For me, having a safe space with only women to share certain themes was very important.

So, who is behind Lunarla?

Ciao, I’m Giulia.

Founder of Lunarla · Yoga Teacher · Embodied & Cyclical Living Mentor.

I created Lunarla for women who are moving through growth, change, and responsibility, and don’t want to lose themselves in the process.

My work is grounded in an embodied approach to wellbeing. I support women in reconnecting with their bodies as a source of intelligence, regulation, and guidance. Especially in a world that keeps pulling them into their heads. Rather than pushing, fixing, or optimizing, I invite a way of living that starts from sensation, rhythm, and presence.

I draw from yoga, embodied movement, and cyclical living to help women build a daily relationship with their energy, emotions, and needs.
Wellbeing becomes something lived and felt.

Over the years, I’ve worked with creative, thoughtful women who feel overstimulated, disconnected, or caught in constant self-improvement. Through embodied practices and simple rituals, I help them slow down, listen more deeply, and create stability and clarity that actually supports their lives.

Through Lunarla, I offer workshops, courses, and community experiences designed to integrate into real life: supporting moments of pause, recalibration, and reconnection in the midst of everyday demands.

My belief is simple:
wellbeing doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from returning to the body, honoring our natural rhythms, and choosing practices we can sustain over time.
