Giulia is a certified Hatha yoga teacher, holistic wellness mentor, and founder of Lunarla, a community and platform supporting women in reconnecting with their natural rhythms, reducing stress, and living intentionally. She combines ancient wisdom (like yoga, cyclical living, and Ayurveda) with modern practices in sustainability, mindful entrepreneurship, and conscious marketing.
