Giulia is a certified Hatha yoga teacher, holistic wellness mentor, and founder of Lunarla, a community and platform supporting women in reconnecting with their natural rhythms, reducing stress, and living intentionally. She combines ancient wisdom (like yoga, cyclical living, and Ayurveda) with modern practices in sustainability, mindful entrepreneurship, and conscious marketing.

Over the years, Giulia has worked with creative, conscious women, helping them navigate overwhelm, build balance, and feel truly aligned with themselves. Through Lunarla, she offers courses, free community gatherings, and transformative experiences that blend personal growth with connection, nature, and holistic practices.
